Richard Von Saal established Vonsaal Design Build in 2001.  Since then, Vonsaal has grown nationwide into a multifaceted design firm centered around architectural, interior and industrial design with a primary focus on commercial and luxury residential development.  

Vonsaal extends beyond traditional architectural norms through a Brand Development Division creating all manner of collateral to support brick and mortar sites, including logo creation, wine label design, and innovative packaging development, often inventing new applications to marketing materials. 

Vonsaal tailors every project with a meticulous eye for rich story-telling through materials and tradition, creating timeless collections of work for each commercial brand or residence we collaborate with.

RICHARD VON SAAL

The Vonsaal Design studios include a 9,000 square foot fabrication shop, allowing Richard and his designers unlimited creative license developing innovative and functional pieces for Vonsaal projects. These pieces, whether custom furniture, lighting, surface materials, and sculptures are produced in house with our assembly of talented craftsman. Richard, a craftsman and artist, orchestrates these designs and creative applications into functional, aesthetically impressive situations.
